Very often, the firefox or IE do not update to the latest CSS regardless of how many times you re-load, reflesh or clear the cache of your browers.

Actually the solution is very simple. Instead of clicking the reflesh button, press down your control key and reflesh, then it will trigger a CSS reload. Alternatively, you can also use ctrl-F5.

I found the following presentation from slideshare.net. It gave you a quick tutorial on how to modify a current theme css file, style.php, to quickly change the layout and look of your blog site. Good for minor touch up on your site.

. I found this freeware pretty handy for picking up color hex, although I am used to photoshop for such purpose.
